Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 ⅓ cups sugar
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp. Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey
• 1 tsp. maple extract (or imitation maple flavoring)

Method

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk occasionally and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until thick.
